Free Supervised Fitness Room
Get back into shape or maintain your fitness level this winter by visiting the supervised weight room at the Vestal Sr. High School, Woodlawn Dr.
This program is free and open to all High School Students and Adults. Registration is not required. Drop in anytime! Closed snow days, early dismissal or when after-school activities are cancelled. Check this website for any last minute cancellations.
Equipment includes: bikes, nautilus, free weights, and medicine balls.
Shoe required - no sandals
