This camp will emphasize stick skills with focus on fundamental passing and catching techniques, dodging, draws, ground balls, basic defensive techniques and effective offensive concepts. Small group instruction will allow for individual attention. Players will be grouped by skill level to allow proper skill progression and success. Skills will be taught through drills and fun activities that allow participants to develop confidence and to enjoy the game of lacrosse. Small group team activities will be introduced as well as our famous T-shirt activity where each player designs and makes their own Vestal lacrosse tie-dye t-shirt. Participants must bring a water bottle.

Includes: T-shirt, ball, mouth guard, awards, contests, games and pizza party.

Please note: Participants must provide goggles, lacrosse stick and a water bottle with their name on it.

Registration begins April 15th for residents and April 29th for non-residents.
