This camp will focus on skill development through exciting drills and games. Skills taught will include dribbling, passing, receiving, positioning, shooting and goalkeeping. Includes drills for specific situations, conditioning techniques and game play. Participants must bring a water bottle.

Director: Vickie Sax, Vestal Girls Varsity Field Hockey Coach

Participants must provide: shin guards, running shoes, goggles (optional), and their own stick. Bring a water bottle with your name marked on it.

Includes: T-shirt, ball, mouth guard and pizza party

Registration begins April 15th for residents and April 29th for non-residents.
