This camp focuses on building endurance, speed and proper running techniques through fun drills and workouts. Whether you’re just starting or looking to improve, you’ll gain confidence, improve your fitness, and have fun while developing as a runner. Camp is lead by coaches from the Vestal Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Participants should dress according to the weather, bring water and a healthy snack, and wear running/athletic sneakers.
