Wrestling Shoes
Learn beginner to intermediate skills in the sport of wrestling. Skills will focus on takedowns, escapes and pins. Participants should wear shorts and a t-shirt. They are encouraged to have wrestling shoes but clean socks are acceptable. Previous experience is not necessary and all are encouraged to check it out. Open to both boys and girls. Participants should bring their own water bottle.
